location rocks! it was close to the main tourist spots, like seriously close. breakfast had so many options, i was stuffed every morning! the super nice team and always smiling. i really liked the overall vibe.

the air conditioning was a bit wonky. i couldnt adjust it easily and it got a little too warm sometimes. wish it was easier to control the temperature in the room.

i found the location very convenient and near the basilica. the hotel was super clean. the room was spacious and the shower had good water pressure. the breakfast had a great continental selection, i loved champagne too.

The bellboy service was not available and i had to carry my own luggage. reception staff were not very cute. They rarely greeted me unless i spoke first. this felt unprofessional and made for an unwelcoming atmosphere.
